Together, the two companies have over 30 years of prime contract experience with federal, state, and local health and emergency agencies. AFC Development Inc., the managing partner, was founded by Thomas Buzan Sr., a service-connected disabled veteran who understands the tremendous sacrifice of our nation’s heroes.
